Whereas a notice was issued to the parties herein on 21-09-2006 in continuation to the earlier notice at 07-08-2006 in terms of provisions of Regulation No.1 of 2004, to arrive at a mutually acceptable settlement in the matter under appeal, and

 

 

Whereas the parties herein have arrived at a mutually acceptable settlement and the settlement document signed by Sri. B. Sesham Raju (H/o of Smt. B. Udaya Bhaskaramma, appellant) on behalf of the appellant and by all the four respondents on 30-09-2006 and the same was received by the Ombudsman on 3-10-2006, and

 

 

Whereas the said settlement provides for shifting of the service bearing No. 14498, category I, North Tadepalligudem standing in the name of Smt. B. Udaya Bhaskaramma to the new location SS6 / A4 / 1A, in favour of Sri. B. Sesham Raju, H/o of Smt. B. Udaya Bhaskaramma, on producing indemnity bond and payment of minimum charges by the consumer from the date of N.B.

 

 

Now therefore, the ombudsman accepts the settlement reached between the parties herein and treats the matter in the appeal as closed duly advising the parties herein to implement the above settlement.
