Whereas Sri K.Sudarshan appellant, filed the appeal dated 08-11-2006 against the order dated 07-09-2006 of the Forum for Redressal Grievances of Consumers in C.G No. 76/2006 of Nizamabad Circle, which is received on 10-11-2006, and

 

            
            Whereas the appellant also filed a petition for interim order to restore supply to the Domestic connection No.2105 which was reported to have been disconnected, pursuant to the disputed arrears against commercial connection No.94 which is the subject of this appeal, and

 

            
            Whereas the appellant submitted in the petition seeking interim order, that there are no out-standing dues against S.C.No.2105 and the children are suffering as supply is required for their studies.

 

            

            Now therefore, having regard to the circumstances of this case, the Ombudsman directs that the appellant shall provisionally pay Rs.4500/- (being approximately 10% of disputed amount) during pendency of the main petition, in 3 equal monthly installments, which shall be adjustable to the S.C.No.94 against final order in this appeal.  The power supply to S.C.No.2105 shall be restored on payment of 1^st installment of Rs.1500/-.
