Whereas Sri Vaddi. Suribabu, of Lingapathi village made a representation received on 16-11-2006 to take up the matter pertaining to the restoration of supply to Agriculture well under S.C. No. 8413/186, in lingapathi village, Eleshwaram Mandal East Godavari     District, and

 

Whereas in terms of the provisions U/s 42 (6) of the Electricity Act 2003, read with Regulation No. 1 of 2004 of the A.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission, the Ombudsman is required to consider the appeals against the decisions of the Forum for redressal of grievances of consumer established by the E.P.D.C.L U/s 42 (5) of the Act read with the said regulation of the Hon’ble Commission.

 

            Now therefore, the Ombudsman advises the consumer to first approach the Forum for redressal of grievances of consumers (CGRF), EPDCL, Visakhapatnam. for redressal of his grievance,

 

Accordingly the representation is disposed off at the admission stage with the above direction.
