Whereas M/s.Singareni Steel Pvt. Ltd., Kothagudem, herein after called as the appellant or consumer, filed a representation (appeal) dated 18-11-2006 against the order dated 06-10-2006 of the Forum for redressal of grievances of consumers (herein after called CGRF or Forum) NPDCL, Warangal in C.G.No.95/2006 (Khammam Circle), and

 

2.         Whereas the consumer also filed a representation dated 18-11-2006 seeking stay of collection of disputed demand till the appeal is disposed off by the Ombudsman, and

 

3.         Whereas the Ombudsman, having regard to the circumstances of this case, considers it just and reasonable to stay the action pursuant to the order of the learned Forum, and

 

4.         Accordingly, the Ombudsman directs the Respondents in C.G.No.69/2006 (Khammam Circle) of the CGRF Warangal not to take any co-ercive action to collect the demand raised pursuant to the said order dated 06-10-2006 of the learned Forum of NPDCL, Warangal, upto 05-01-2006 i.e. for a period of 3 months from the date of the order of the learned Forum.
