           Where as, an interim order was issued in Proceedings dated 13-11-2006 directing the respondents to restore supply to SC No. 2105 (category I) on payment of part of the disputed dues against SC No.94, pending final order in the appeal, and

 

2.        Whereas, the respondents have not even filed the counters on the appeal nor attended hearing on 05-02-2007 pursuant to the notice issued by Ombudsman on 26-12-2006.

 

3.        Now therefore, the Ombudsman considers it just and reasonable to revise the interim order issued in the Proceedings dated 13-11-2006.

 

4.        Accordingly the Ombudsman issues revised interim order as follows in modification of the interim order issued in Proceedings dated 13-11-2006.

 

           “The respondents shall restore supply to SC No. 2105 (category I) without insisting any amount due against SC No. 94 (category II), subject to payment of the outstanding amounts if any against SC No. 2105”
