Where as, M/s. Shiva Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd., have filed an appeal against the Order dated 10-01-2007 of the Forum of Redressal of grievances of consumers of CPDCL in CG No. 61 / 2006-07 of RR (South) circle, and

2. Whereas, the appellant also sought stay of the said order of the Forum pending disposal of the appeal, and

3. Where as having regard to the material on record in the appeal and the order of the Forum, the Ombudsman is not inclined to grant any stay of the said order of the Forum pending further proceedings in the appeal in terms of the Regulation No 1 of 2004 of APERC, and

4. Accordingly the stay appeal is dismissed.
