Interlocutory Application (in O.P.No.36 of 2004 pending before the Commission) under Section 94(2) of Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003) praying for orders prohibiting the Respondent from transferring power / energy to (those) other than HT industrial category, pending disposal of O.P.No.36 of 2004.

In view of the circumstances stated in the I.A. and after hearing the arguments put forth by Sri P.Siva Rao, Advocate, for the Petitioner, and Sri V.R.N.Prashanth, Advocate, for the Respondent, and in the interest of justice, the Commission pronounced the following order, today, the 17^th day of December 2005:

ORDER

This interim order is issued as prayed for by the petitioner, and pending disposal of O.P.No.36 of 2004, the Respondent is prohibited from transferring power / energy to other than HT industrial consumers, except those to whom it is already transferring the power / energy.
