- 23.12.2005: Commission issues fuel surcharge adjustment proceedings for the first and second quarters of the financial year 2005-06.
- 17.12.2005: Commission passes interim orders prohibiting A.P. Gas Power Corporation Limited from allocating power/energy to consumers other than those belonging to the HT industrial category. View.
- 26.11.2005: Commission dismissed the petitions filed by a few HT consumers requesting for directions to the DISCOMS to collect Initial Security Deposit and Additional Security Deposit partly in cash and partly in bank guarantee form as it was felt that there is no unbearably high extra burden cast upon the petitioners. While disposing of the petitions, the Commission advised the petitioners to approach the respective DISCOMs to get adequate installments for paying the deposits in the form of cash. View.
- 31.10.2005: Review Petition 6 of 2005, by APTRANSCO for a reconsideration of the Transmission and SLDC charges fixed in the Tariff Order 2005-06 dismissed. View or download.
- 04.10.2005: Review petition R.P.(S.R) No. 72 of 2005 filed by APTRANSCO seeking revision of certain provisions of the Regulation 2 of 2005 issued by APERC for allowing open access is not admitted. View or download.
- 01.10.2005: O.P 8 of 2005 filed by M/s. Jeypore Sugar Company Ltd., requesting calculation of PLF on annual basis is not acceded to. View or download.
- 27.09.2005: RPPO (Renewable Power Purchase Obligation) Order (O.P. No. 9 of 2005) fixing a minimum threshold of 5% of total energy consumption requirements of Distribution Licensees and Open Access consumers for the period 2005 to 2008. View or download. - 21.09.2005: Order on the methodology for determination of surcharge and additional surcharge for open access consumers. O.P. No. 16 of 2005. Read it or download.
- 21.09.2005: Order on the ARR filed by Sanjay RESCO for the FY 2005-06. The RESCO is authorized to purchase power from APCPDCL @Rs. 0.40 ps per unit. The power that can be purchased at this rate shall not exceed 224.14 MU. Beyond this quantity, the RESCO shall have to pay the excess drawal rate applicable for APCPDCL. Read it or download.

- 27.08.2005: Order specifying that the Open Access Regulation (Regulation 2 of 2005) shall come into force w.e.f 23.09.2005. Read it.
- 24.08.2005: Clauses 5 to 11 of Regulation No.3 of 2004 are deleted with effect from the date the Regulation No.3 of 2004 came into force entitling the DISCOMS to collect Service Line Charges and Development Charges which they were collecting prior to coming into force of the Regulation. - 24.08.2005: Commission amends Tariff Order 2005-06 in so far as projected income from sale of power to such agricultural consumers who are not eligible for free power under the modified policy of the Government of Andhra Pradesh is concerned. Read the order here.
